DCS Flight Sim Modular Cockpit (combat and space sim) includes the following:
- Seat with color of choice
- Seat risers
- Seat frame
- Side by side universal brackets for HOTAS/HOSAS mount
- Universal rudder plate
- Centered stick or cyclic
- Lower mount bracket
- Universal throttle adapter plate for left side
- 2 sets of universal stick/cyclic plates for center and left side mount
Plates are compatible with Thrustmaster: Warthog, F-16 Viper throttle, AVA stick base. All VirPil sticks, throttle, control panels, All WinWing throttles, sticks, VKB STECs throttles and gunfighter stick. If you have other controls, not in this list, you can add optional adapter plate and make it 100% compatible with all rest sticks and throttles on the market. Hot swapping between controls or entirely different setups (combat, space, helicopter, general aviation, commercial aviation) is part of SimFab’s modular design.
To further explain our design approach, we take pride in owning every single control on the market before labeling it as “compatible.” This ensures that all mounting hardware is included, and each control is precisely tailored to fit our brackets or adapter plates. As a result, there’s no need to purchase additional hardware, drill holes, or modify factory parts in any way.
Take our MIP panel kit (config #12) as an example: we don’t depend on factory clamps with limited functionality. Instead, we offer independently adjustable plates that provide full articulation for each component, including MFDs, MPDs, DDI, UFC/HUD, TEDAC etc. This allows you to easily reconfigure your setup for different aircrafts like the F/A-18, F-16, Apache, or any other with a MIP arrangement.
Once again, transitioning from one module to another takes just seconds, whether you’re using monitors or aiming for precise alignment in VR mode.
We have put considerable engineering effort into creating a design that goes beyond simply using a flat plate in the front, ensuring that our mounts are both immersive and versatile. Our “barebones design of control mounts” features almost all available slots where you can mount a flight control of choice. Some of these slots are included in the base package, while others are offered as add-ons through configurations #1 to #14. We continue to expand our offerings as we progress.
