Kit includes transition bracket which mounts between hanging brackets (included in HD kit), pivot bracket and VESA plate for 75×75 and 100x100mm VESA mount patterns.
Most monitors on the market, up to 49in use VESA 75×75 or 100x100mm VESA pattern.
Kit also includes all necessary wrenches and monitor mounting hardware.
For converting from triple TV stand (model HD) to triple monitor stand (model LD), 3 kits are required.
